What circumstances will lead to delays in destination clearance?

The following situations will result in delays in the clearance of destinations. Therefore, please note when sending the customer:
Incomplete or incorrect recipient information (address, telephone, zip code, recipient company name, recipient name)
The recipient did not provide the relevant clearance documents
Recipient refused to pay taxes
Inaccurate invoice submission
Recipient rejects shipment
